Cancellation & Payment Policy:
I require 24 hours advance notice of cancellations. No shows and Late Arrivals will be required to pay for the scheduled session in full. Payment can be made by cash or check. Checks should be made out to Alfred Westlake Jr. Payment is due at time of service. Tipping is appreciated, but not expected. I would prefer that you come back to see me more often.
If you wish you can save intake time during your first session by downloading and filling out paperwork prior to your appointment. By bringing both of these forms with you to your session already completed we will have more time for massage and less for paperwork.
